2.2 You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

3. Pricing & Promotions
3.1 All prices stated are subjected to prevailing GST.
3.2 Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
3.3 We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
3.4 We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
4. Orders
4.1 No exchange / refund / cancellation is allowed for confirmed orders unless the items were delivered damaged.
4.2 Should a product be unavailable or out of stock, we will contact the customer to offer an exchange or refund.
4.3 We reserve the right to cancel any orders without explanation should the need arise.
5. Delivery
5.1 Standard Delivery & Express Delivery options are available.
5.2 We reserve the right for re-arrangement of delivery due to wrong address OR if customer is not present at point of delivery.
5.3 We will not be liable for any delays in its delivery service caused by reasons beyond its control.
5.4 We reserve the right to deviate delivery times.
5.5 In the case of a failed delivery due to the receiver not being present at delivery address to receive goods or being uncontactable at point of delivery, a charge of $20 will be incurred in compensation for any administrative costs and mileage.
5.6 Delivery services will not be available on Sundays and Public Holidays.
6. User content
6.1 From time to time we may include functionality for users to upload User Content to or make comments or other postings on the Service. If you avail yourself of these facilities, you must not upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available on the Service any content that is defamatory, that promotes, encourages or provides information about unlawful conduct or activities, that infringes any third party’s intellectual property rights or breaches confidentiality, that includes a photograph or other likeness, or personal information of another person without their consent, that contains pornography, nudity, sexual acts or references, that incites hatred or discrimination against any person or group of persons, that contains any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material, that misrepresents your relationship with any person, that is misleading, false or deceptive (whether by representations or omissions) or contains viruses, worms or other types of malicious or harmful programs, nor take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure or that could damage, modify, interfere with, disrupt or destroy the files, data, passwords, devices or resources that belong to us or do anything that compromises the security of the Service.
6.2 We reserve the right to remove any User Content that you may post at any time without notice to you.
