By completing a purchase with us, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your country or region. Our delivery drivers may also request identification upon delivery to verify your age.

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns for alcoholic beverages unless there is a defect or issue with the product upon arrival. If you experience any problems with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt for assistance.

Order

To place an order, simply browse through our product catalog, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to provide your shipping information and payment details to complete the order.

If any items are missing from your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will investigate the issue and ensure that the missing items are shipped to you as soon as possible.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us right away. If the order has not yet been processed, we will be able to update the address. Once the order is shipped, we cannot change the address, but we can assist with redirecting the delivery if needed.

Yes, you can place an order as a gift for someone else. Just make sure to enter the recipient’s details during checkout. Please ensure they are of legal drinking age to receive the alcohol.

Payment

We accept Paynow and credit card payments via our Hitpay payment gateway. In the unlikely case that your payment has been declined, please take a screenshot of your proof of payment and email it to us at [email protected] along with your order number. 

Cash is accepted only for self-collection.
